ZAP WIN MEDAL AT CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW
ZAP Architecture have won an esteemed medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. The ‘Heath Robinson / British eccentrics Garden’ was created for Harrods in collaboration with Diarmuid Gavin. ZAP beat off international competition to win the competition to design the entrance to Dublin City University organised by the RIAI.
ZAP Architecture beat off stiff competition to win the anonymous international design competition to be crowned overall winners. ZAP’s proposal captured the spirit and ambition of the university to a level that responded to the brief spectacularly. The judges hailed the new entrance as a beacon of hope that signals the approach to the university.
